Account Registration and Responsibilities

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You must have authority to bind your organization to these Terms
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must maintain and update your account information

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share login credentials with unauthorized parties
• You must promptly notify us of any security breaches
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Legitimate SEO optimization of your Shopify stores
• Content generation for products and collections
• Performance monitoring and analytics
• Integration with approved third-party services

Prohibited Activities

• Creating misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription and Billing

Enterprise Pricing

• Our Service is priced at $499 per month for enterprise customers
• Pricing includes unlimited product optimization and advanced features
• Custom enterprise packages available for high-volume stores
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We accept major credit cards and wire transfers

Refunds and Cancellation

• 30-day cancellation notice required
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Enterprise agreements may have different cancellation terms
• We reserve the right to terminate for policy violations

Data Rights and Privacy

Generated Content

Service Availability and Support

• We target 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance
• Planned maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Service credits may apply for significant outages

Customer Support

• Enterprise customers receive priority support
• Support available via email, chat, and scheduled calls
• Response times: 4 hours for urgent, 24 hours for standard
• Dedicated account management for large enterprises

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

• SEO Grove platform and technology are our proprietary property
• All AI models, algorithms, and processes remain our property
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted

License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Service
• License is revocable and terminates with your subscription
• You may not sublicense or transfer your access rights
• Commercial use limited to your authorized Shopify stores

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Disclaimer

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee specific SEO results or rankings
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

API and Third-Party Integrations

Shopify Integration

• You must comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and API policies
• We are not responsible for Shopify platform changes or outages
• You grant necessary permissions for our Service to function
• Integration failures may affect service availability

Rate Limits and Usage

• API usage subject to rate limits and fair use policies
• Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions
• Enterprise customers receive higher usage allowances
• We may implement additional limits to ensure service stability

Termination

Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation
• Data export available for 30 days after termination

Termination by Us

• We may terminate for breach of these Terms
• Immediate termination for serious violations or illegal activity
• 30 days' notice for non-payment or business reasons
• We will provide data export assistance where legally required

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
